About this place
Shortly after ordering from your seat, a side salad and hot soup arrive without delay. Situated in a quiet corner of Yotsuya Honshiochō, Toki Restaurant pairs the relaxed warmth of a retro Shōwa-era yōshoku eatery with attentive, polished table service.
The undisputed star of the menu is the beef stew, enriched by the deep, concentrated aroma of red wine. Tender beef melts into the velvety sauce, creating a rich main dish built to be savoured alongside rice or bread. The C Lunch offers the best of both worlds, plate-sharing tender beef fillet with light, golden flounder fritters. Diners can also choose freshly fried katsu curry or select from daily rotating meat and fish specials, tailoring their meal to whatever they crave that afternoon.
Self-service coffee and tea provide a welcome pause at the end of the meal, with rich cream on hand to soften the brew. Beyond midday lunches, the dining room also welcomes leisurely evening meals over beer or wine, making it a dependable choice whenever you want a calm, relaxed table.
